1Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using SeaLedger ("the app", "the service") you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, we ask that you do not use the app.

2Service Description

SeaLedger is an application that allows collectors to catalog One Piece Card Game cards, track ownership in multiple languages, manage a wishlist, and build decks. The service is provided "as is" and may evolve over time.

3User Account

You can use SeaLedger as a guest or create an account to sync your data. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You must meet the minimum age required by the law of your jurisdiction.
• You must notify us promptly in the event of unauthorized use of your account.

4Permitted Use

You agree to use SeaLedger in compliance with the law and not to:

• attempt to access without authorization the systems or data of other users;
• interfere with the operation of the service or circumvent its security measures;
• use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing purposes.

5User Content

The data you enter (collection, decks, notes) remains yours. By granting us a limited license, you authorize us to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service, for example for syncing between devices.

6Third-Party Trademarks and Rights

SeaLedger is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the holders of card trademarks and rights. Card names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and cataloging purposes only.

7Subscriptions and Purchases

Some advanced features may require SeaLedger Pro, a paid subscription managed through the App Store or Google Play. Renewals, pricing, and cancellations are also subject to the terms of the respective store.

8Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive for database accuracy, we do not guarantee it is error-free, complete, or always available.

9Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SeaLedger is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including any potential loss of data.

10Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. In the event of material changes, we will notify you in the app or via email. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
